Transport for NSW: AIS Online PIN Reset - What you need to do

Following the AIS Online update over the weekend, you are  required to reset your PIN when you first log in to AIS Online.

Note - If users have forgotten their PIN, they can call the Accreditation team on 1300 791 186 to have it reset. Do not call Drives Help Desk for PIN resets at this time.

Transport for NSW is also aware that an incorrect address may be printing on inspection reports. Transport for NSW is working to correct this as soon as possible.

Transport for NSW - Thanks you for your patience and support.
